Welcome back! We're on Day 3 of the Free Bible Study on Managing Anxiety, and today's topic is one of my favorites.

Yesterday we learned how to receive God's peace, and today we're focusing on the truths of Isaiah 26:3 to discover the key to dwelling in God's peace (hint: it has to do with managing our thoughts!)

STEP 1: Complete the Day 3 Spiritual Growth Rhythm™ worksheet.

STEP 2: Watch the Day 3 video teaching.

P.S. Miss the Day 1 or Day 2 resources, or need a refresher on how to complete the Spiritual Growth Rhythm™ (SGR) Worksheets or the 5Rs Bible Study™ Method? Click here for Day 1 (or for SGR resources), or click here for Day 2

P.P.S. Surprise! I have a bonus video teaching for you where we'll wrap up our study and talk about next steps! Look for it in your email tomorrow.

How to dwell in God's peace.

Today I shared how Philippians 4:8 is a powerful template for how to "keep ourselves in perfect peace" as Isaiah 26:3 says. Read Philippians 4:6-9 here (the surrounding verses are great here too) and make a list of what you can specifically meditate on about your life that is true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and worthy of praise.

I find it very helpful to carry this list in my phone's notes app because I can access these truths and/or add new things to my list at any time (my phone is almost always with me).

P.S. In today's video teaching I shared the story of how my family endured 18 months of unemployment and an intense period of worry/fear when I endured a major health crisis. If you'd like to hear more about how I used today's principles to manage my worry and fear during this time, listen to this episode (episode 48)
