Hello, my amazing friend! It’s DAY 3 of our Challenge!
You’ve made the choice to say yes to a better you, and you’ve backed that up with solid action toward that future.

YOUR PLAN FOR DAY 3:
1) Consider your mindset and keep track of your thoughts. How are you feeling about the progress you’re making? What kind of thoughts are coming up?
Today I have a special BONUS DOWNLOAD for you because I want you to start paying attention to what’s going on inside your head.
You see, everything that rattles around in your brain all day long has a DIRECT effect on your habits, mindsets and actions.
This exercise isn’t meant to bring you shame or embarrassment, but simply awareness.
Because it’s only when we have awareness that we can see what’s going on and begin to make a plan for healing and hope.
(And I promise… it IS possible to have victory and healing over your negative, self-sabotaging thoughts).
So… today, download this quick worksheet and start tracking your thoughts, especially those that start with:
“I don’t have… “ “I can’t…” “I don’t think I can” “I’m afraid that…”
You know those, right?! Yep, me too.
We’re going to take the first step on handling those so you can be set up for success… cool?
2) DO. IT. AGAIN.
That ONE thing you’ve committed for the Challenge? Make it HAPPEN AGAIN.
Remember… you only have to have enough strength and stamina to do it today.
Don’t get stuck in the trap of worrying if you’ll be able to do it tomorrow or the next day, etc.
God gives us the strength to do WHAT we need to do in the moment, just as we need it. He hasn’t given you the strength to do it tomorrow yet because tomorrow hasn’t come yet!
Live in the moment of TODAY and get it done.
